Die springs are mainly used in a limited space where the springs have to be able to take large forces/load. This high load in combination with the high frequency this occurs, is the reason very high demands are set to the quality and longevity of the Die spring.
Material
The Die springs supplied by ATV springs are mostly standardised in various colours indicating caring capacity.
We distinguish:
- Green: light load
- Blue: medium load
- Red: heavy load
- Yellow: extra heavy load
The Die springs are made of high quality Chrome Vanadium spring steel, maximising compression force and longevity.
ATV Springs supplies both American Die springs and ISO Die springs.
